In Store Purchase - Return & Exchange Policy

We will gladly exchange or refund (in original tender) regular-priced, new merchandise within 30 days of purchase.  Merchandise must not be washed, worn, or damaged.  All original tags must be attached, and all items must be accompanied by the original receipt.

All sale and discounted items, undergarments, tights, hair nets and hair pins are final sale.

Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law.

All returned items that were purchased using a Gift Card will be refunded as merchandise credit onto a Merchandise Card.

Sale and discounted items can be exchanged or returned for merchandise credit on a Merchandise Card within 30 days of the shipping date at our Surrey location.

All undergarments, tights, hair nets and hair pins are final sale.  Unfortunately, no exchanges or returns will be accepted on these items.

Your Return Package: 3 Steps

-Inside the package, there is a bag with the Limbers return address, put the item(s) you want to return securely back in the bag, along with the original invoice.

-Place item(s) back in the shipping box and secure.

-Please drop off your return at Canada Post (shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer)

Once your refund is complete, we'll e-mail you right away and let you know.

 

Online Return Refund & Processing

Your refund will be credited to the original method of payment via limbersdancewear.com with shipping fees deducted.

All returned items that were purchased using a Gift Card will be refunded to merchandise credit on a Merchandise Card.

All refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days upon receipt of your return package.
