In Store Purchase - Return & Exchange Policy

We will gladly exchange or refund (in original tender) regular-priced, new merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must not be washed, worn, or damaged. All original tags must be attached, and all items must be accompanied by the original receipt or have been purchased on account. If we received your email address for the receipt, you have an account and we will have record of the purchase and will not need the original printed receipt.
All special orders (including limited edition pre-orders), sale and discounted items, undergarments, tights, hair nets and hair pins are final sale.
Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law.
All returned items that were purchased using a Gift Card will be refunded to a Gift Card.
*Custom or special orders may be a final sale if the product is not a regularly stocked item.

Online Purchase - Returns Via Mail

Your Return Package:
Contact us to request a Return Authorization (RA). Returns will not be accepted without an RA. Repackage the item(s) you want to return securely back in the original or similar packaging, along with the original invoice and RA, to our return address.
Return via Canada Post (in Canada) or your shipping provider of choice. Any shipping, brokerage or other assessed charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once your refund is complete, we'll e-mail you right away and let you know.

Your refund will be credited to the original method of payment via limbersdancewear.com with shipping and any assessed brokerage fees deducted.
All returned items that were purchased using a Gift Card will be refunded to a Gift Card.
All refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days upon receipt of your return package.

International Shipments
The customer is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs, duties, brokerage and/or fees levied by the destination country. The customer is responsible for payment of all taxes, duties, fees or other charges or brokerage fees as assigned by the destination country. Limbers Dancewear has no control over these charges, or any delays associated with the import process. Contact your local customs office for more information. Please note that when additional customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
