In Store Purchase - Return & Exchange Policy

We will gladly exchange or refund (in original tender) regular-priced, new merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must not be washed, worn, or damaged. All original tags must be attached, and all items must be accompanied by the original receipt or have been purchased on account. If we received your email address for the receipt, you have an account and we will have record of the purchase and will not need the original printed receipt.
All sale and discounted items, undergarments, tights, hair nets and hair pins are final sale.
Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law.
All returned items that were purchased using a Gift Card will be refunded as merchandise credit onto a Merchandise Card.

Sale and discounted items can be exchanged or returned for merchandise credit on a Merchandise Card within 30 days of the shipping date at our Surrey location.
All undergarments, tights, hair nets and hair pins are final sale. Unfortunately, no exchanges or returns will be accepted on these items.

Your Return Package: 3 Steps
-Contact us to request a Return Authorizatio (RA). Repackage the item(s) you want to return securely back in the bag, along with the original invoice, to our return address.
-Place item(s) back in the shipping box and secure.
-Return via Canada Post or your shipping provider of choice. Any shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Once your refund is complete, we'll e-mail you right away and let you know.

Your refund will be credited to the original method of payment via limbersdancewear.com with shipping fees deducted.
All returned items that were purchased using a Gift Card will be refunded to merchandise credit on a Merchandise Card.
All refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days upon receipt of your return package.

International Shipments
The customer is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The customer is responsible for payment of all taxes, duties, fees or other charges or brokerage fees as assigned by the destination country. Limbers Dancewear has no control over these charges, or any delays associated with the import process. Contact your local customs office for more information. Please note that when additional customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
