How do I sign up to the wait list? Add to cart and checkout! There is no cost to sign up, but you still need to checkout so we get notified and can add you to the list. The email and phone number you checkout with will be the way we notify you if an appointment becomes available. While there is no cost to sign up, there is a fitting fee, which will only be charged if you book and confirm a fitting.

NOTE: signing up for the wait list does not guarantee you a booking. Signing up adds you to the wait list. Wait list will be notified in order if an appointment opens.
